End User License Agreement.

Please Read This Agreement Carefully

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. ("Lucky 7," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using any Lucky 7 Experience, website, or Discord server, you agree to be bound by this EULA in full. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of Lucky 7's products and services.

1. Agreement & Acceptance

This EULA governs your use of all software, experiences, content, and services developed and operated by Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC., including:

• All Roblox experiences: Deltarune: Tower Defense and Zombie Cells, and any future Lucky 7 experiences
• The Lucky 7 Entertainment website (lucky7entertainment.com)
• The official Lucky 7 Entertainment Discord server and any associated bots or tools operated by Lucky 7

By launching, playing, accessing, or otherwise using any of the above ("the Software"), you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA, Lucky 7's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines. These documents are incorporated by reference into this EULA and form part of the agreement between you and Lucky 7.

If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian must read and accept this EULA on your behalf. Use of the Software by a minor constitutes confirmation that a parent or guardian has reviewed and accepted this EULA.

2. Scope of License

This EULA applies to all Lucky 7 software and experiences as listed in Section 1. Because Lucky 7's games are published exclusively on the Roblox platform, this EULA operates alongside and in addition to the Roblox Terms of Use, which you must also accept to access Lucky 7 Experiences.

Lucky 7 does not distribute standalone downloadable software, launchers, or clients. All game software is delivered entirely through the Roblox platform. This EULA governs the Lucky 7-developed content, systems, and experiences within that platform, as well as Lucky 7's website and Discord server.

3. Grant of License

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and all related policies, Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to:

• Access and play Lucky 7 Experiences on the Roblox platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment
• Access and browse the Lucky 7 Entertainment website for informational purposes
• Participate in the official Lucky 7 Entertainment Discord server in accordance with Community Guidelines
• Record, stream, and publish gameplay footage for personal or content creation purposes, subject to Section 7

This license is granted solely for your personal use. No rights are granted beyond those expressly stated in this EULA. Lucky 7 reserves all rights not expressly granted.

4. License Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

Reverse Engineering & Tampering

• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from any Lucky 7 Experience or system
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on Lucky 7's software or content without express written permission
• Access or attempt to access Lucky 7's backend systems, servers, or databases without authorization
• Use exploit executors, Lua injection, memory editors, or any tool that modifies game client behavior

Cheating & Unfair Advantage

• Use macros, bots, automation scripts, or AFK farming tools of any kind
• Use third-party cheat software or exploits to gain an unfair in-game advantage
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended mechanics to gain items, currency, or progression
• Duplicate items or currency through any unauthorized means

Commercial Use & Distribution

• Use Lucky 7 software, content, or branding for commercial purposes without written authorization
• Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or otherwise transfer your license or access rights to any third party
• Distribute, reproduce, or publicly display Lucky 7 content beyond what is permitted under Section 3

Prohibited Conduct

• Use the Software to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm any person
• Impersonate Lucky 7 staff, developers, moderators, or administrators
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or damage Lucky 7's services, Discord server, or website
• Use the Software in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law

5. Roblox Platform

Lucky 7 Experiences are delivered exclusively through the Roblox platform. As such, your use of Lucky 7 Experiences is also subject to Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, and Privacy Policy. You must hold a valid Roblox account in good standing to access Lucky 7 Experiences.

Lucky 7 has no control over the Roblox platform and is not responsible for Roblox outages, account actions taken by Roblox, changes to the Roblox platform that affect Lucky 7 Experiences, or any Roblox policy changes. Lucky 7's license to you is contingent on your continued compliance with both this EULA and Roblox's platform rules.

6. Virtual Items & In-Game Purchases

No Ownership of Virtual Items. Any virtual items, currencies, gamepasses, cosmetics, or other in-game content you acquire within Lucky 7 Experiences (whether through purchase or gameplay) are licensed to you, not sold. You do not own any virtual items. Your access to virtual items constitutes a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use those items within the applicable Lucky 7 Experience only.

No Real-World Value. Virtual items and currencies within Lucky 7 Experiences have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods, or services under any circumstances.

All Sales Final. All Robux transactions are final and non-refundable except where required by law or Roblox policy. Lucky 7 reserves the right to modify, rebalance, rename, remove, or discontinue any virtual item or in-game system at any time without notice or compensation.

Termination of License. Your license to use virtual items is immediately revoked upon termination of this EULA, suspension of your account, or discontinuation of the relevant Lucky 7 Experience.

7. Ownership & Intellectual Property

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This includes without limitation: all Lucky 7 game code, systems, and mechanics, all original artwork, maps, environments, UI elements, and visual design, all audio, music, and sound effects created by Lucky 7, the Lucky 7 name, logo, and all associated branding, and all original characters, storylines, and creative content.

This EULA does not transfer any ownership interest to you. Nothing herein grants you any right to use Lucky 7's trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

Third-Party IP. Certain Lucky 7 Experiences incorporate third-party intellectual property under applicable fan content policies (including content derived from the Undertale/Deltarune universe by Toby Fox). Lucky 7 makes no claim of ownership over such underlying third-party IP, and this EULA does not grant you any rights to that third-party content beyond what is permitted by the relevant rights holders.

Content Creation. You may record, stream, and publish gameplay footage from Lucky 7 Experiences for personal or content creation purposes. Lucky 7 retains all underlying IP rights in the content depicted. Lucky 7 reserves the right to request removal of content that includes leaked or unreleased material, is used maliciously, or otherwise violates this EULA.

8. User Generated Content

Lucky 7 Experiences may permit you to create or submit content such as organization names, in-game text, and other user-generated material ("UGC"). By submitting UGC, you grant Lucky 7 a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, display, modify, and remove that content in connection with operating Lucky 7's services.

You represent that any UGC you submit does not violate any third-party rights, applicable law, or Lucky 7's Community Guidelines. Lucky 7 reserves the right to remove, edit, or take enforcement action in response to any UGC at its sole discretion and without notice.

9. Updates & Modifications

Lucky 7 reserves the right to update, modify, patch, or discontinue any aspect of the Software at any time and without notice. This includes changes to game mechanics, virtual items, systems, the website, and Discord server operations. Updates may alter or remove features you currently use.

Lucky 7 may also update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the Software following an updated EULA constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this EULA periodically.

10. Termination

This EULA and the license granted herein are effective until terminated. Lucky 7 may terminate this EULA and your access to all Lucky 7 Software immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Any violation of this EULA, the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, or Community Guidelines
• Cheating, exploiting, or any prohibited conduct under Section 4
• Legal obligations or security concerns
• Discontinuation of any Lucky 7 Experience or service

Upon termination: your license to use the Software is immediately revoked, all virtual item licenses are revoked, you must cease all use of Lucky 7 Software, and Lucky 7 is not liable to you for any loss resulting from termination.

Sections 7 (Ownership), 11 (Disclaimer of Warranties), 12 (Limitation of Liability), 13 (Indemnification), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination of this EULA.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY 7 ENTERTAINMENT LLC. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
• Any warranty that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content within the Software
• Any warranty that defects will be corrected or that the Software will meet your requirements

Your use of the Software is entirely at your own risk.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY 7 ENTERTAINMENT LLC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS EULA OR YOUR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of in-game progress, items, currency, or data
• Service interruptions, server downtime, or platform outages
• Bugs, glitches, or technical errors within any Lucky 7 Experience
• Moderation or enforcement actions taken under this EULA or the Terms of Service
• Unauthorized access to your account by third parties
• Changes to or discontinuation of any Lucky 7 Experience or feature

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, LUCKY 7'S LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. IN NO EVENT SHALL LUCKY 7'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ROBUX, IF ANY, YOU HAVE SPENT IN LUCKY 7 EXPERIENCES IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to:

• Your use of or access to the Software
• Your violation of this EULA, the Terms of Service, or any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
• Any UGC you submit within Lucky 7 Experiences or platforms
• Any cheating, exploiting, or prohibited conduct under Section 4

14. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to this EULA shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Boston, Massachusetts, in accordance with AAA's Consumer Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC.

Nothing in this section prevents Lucky 7 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.

15. Entire Agreement

This EULA, together with Lucky 7's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Community Guidelines, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, or representations relating to the same subject matter.

If any provision of this EULA is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Lucky 7's failure to enforce any provision of this EULA shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision in the future.
