Anti-Piracy Policy
Piracy & Intellectual Property.
Lucky 7 Entertainment takes a zero-tolerance stance on piracy, asset theft, unauthorized distribution, and leaking of our content.
All assets, code, music, artwork, game designs, branding, and content created by or for Lucky 7 Entertainment are the exclusive intellectual property of Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. Unauthorized use, reproduction, distribution, or disclosure of any of this material is strictly prohibited and will be met with immediate action.
What We Consider Piracy & Violations
Stolen Game Assets
Extracting, downloading, or redistributing any in-game assets, including 3D models, textures, animations, sound effects, music, UI elements, or code, from any Lucky 7 Entertainment game without explicit written permission.
Unauthorized Copying of Games
Copying, cloning, or republishing any Lucky 7 Entertainment game or significant portions of a game on Roblox or any other platform, with or without modification.
Leaking Unreleased Content
Sharing, posting, streaming, or distributing any unreleased game content, internal builds, development footage, design documents, source code, or confidential team communications, regardless of how that content was obtained.
Content Without Permission
Using Lucky 7 Entertainment's name, logo, branding, characters, or game content in videos, streams, social media posts, physical goods, or other media in a way that misrepresents our brand, implies endorsement, or generates revenue without our consent.
Reselling or Profiting from Our Work
Selling, auctioning, or otherwise profiting from any Lucky 7 Entertainment assets, content, or intellectual property, including gamepasses, in-game items, or account assets obtained through unauthorized means.
Reverse Engineering
Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any Lucky 7 Entertainment code, scripts, or game systems for the purpose of copying, reproducing, or creating derivative works.
Actions We Will Take
Lucky 7 Entertainment actively monitors for piracy and unauthorized use of our content. When violations are discovered, we will take the following actions as appropriate:

DMCA Takedowns
We will file DMCA takedown notices with Roblox, YouTube, Twitch, Discord, social media platforms, and any other applicable service hosting infringing content. We will pursue takedowns aggressively and without warning.

Platform Reports
We will report violations to Roblox, Discord, and other platforms for violations of their respective Terms of Service. This may result in account termination, game removal, or server deletion.

In-Game Bans
Any player found to be involved in piracy, asset theft, or leaking will be permanently banned from all Lucky 7 Entertainment games with no possibility of appeal.

Legal Action
For serious violations, particularly large-scale distribution of stolen assets, commercial piracy, or leaking of confidential development materials, we will pursue civil legal action to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking damages and injunctive relief.

Law Enforcement
Where criminal conduct is involved (including theft of trade secrets or commercial copyright infringement), we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and may refer the matter to the appropriate authorities.
What Is Permitted
We support our community and want people to enjoy, share, and create content around our games. The following uses are permitted:
✓Streaming or recording gameplay of our games on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, or similar platforms for non-commercial or monetized content, provided you clearly identify Lucky 7 Entertainment as the developer
✓Fan art, fan fiction, and fan-made content based on our games, provided it is clearly marked as unofficial and not for commercial sale
✓Screenshots and short video clips for review, commentary, criticism, or educational purposes (fair use)
✓Discussing, sharing, or linking to officially released content such as trailers, patch notes, and announcements
✓Creating community tools, wikis, or guides using publicly available in-game information
If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, contact us before proceeding. We are happy to grant permission for legitimate uses.
Report a Violation
If you have discovered piracy, asset theft, or unauthorized distribution of Lucky 7 Entertainment content, please report it to us immediately. Include a link to the infringing content and a description of the violation.
