Lucky 7 Entertainment is committed to working with law enforcement agencies, government bodies, and legal authorities worldwide. We take our legal obligations seriously and will provide data, records, and assistance to any law enforcement official presenting a valid legal order or process in a timely and cooperative manner.

We believe that cooperation with law enforcement is essential to maintaining safety on our platforms and protecting users, particularly minors, from harm. There is no circumstance under which a player or user can opt out of or prevent Lucky 7 Entertainment from complying with a valid law enforcement request.

What Data We Hold

Depending on the circumstances, Lucky 7 Entertainment may hold the following data about users:

• Roblox usernames and User IDs (as provided by the Roblox platform)
• IP addresses from form submissions (appeals, careers, contact, player reports, bug reports)
• Email addresses and Discord usernames (voluntarily provided)
• Browser metadata and session data from web form submissions

• In-game behaviour logs (via Roblox DataStore)
• Messages sent through our admin communication platform
• Any attachments, files, or media submitted through our public forms

Note: Lucky 7 Entertainment operates primarily on the Roblox platform. For data held directly by Roblox, Inc. (such as account details, payment information, and full chat logs), law enforcement should contact Roblox directly at their official law enforcement portal.

How to Submit a Request

Law enforcement officials may submit data requests by contacting us directly via email. All requests must be submitted on official letterhead or via an official government email address, and must include:

Response Times & Emergency Requests

We aim to respond to law enforcement requests within 5-10 business days. For requests involving an imminent threat to life or safety, we will prioritise the request and respond as quickly as possible. Please clearly mark emergency requests as urgent and provide a direct contact phone number.

In cases involving child safety, sexual exploitation, terrorism, or other serious threats to life, Lucky 7 Entertainment may proactively disclose information to law enforcement even without a formal request, where we believe in good faith that doing so is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
