Terms of Service.

1. Scope of Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. ("Lucky 7," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all Lucky 7 products, platforms, and services, including but not limited to:

• All Roblox experiences published by Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC., including: Deltarune: Tower Defense and Zombie Cells
• Future Roblox games and experiences published by Lucky 7, unless separately governed by distinct terms
• The official Lucky 7 Entertainment website (lucky7entertainment.com)
• The official Lucky 7 Entertainment Discord server
• All community systems, moderation platforms, and support channels operated by Lucky 7
• Any off-platform services operated by the company

By accessing, playing, or otherwise using any Lucky 7 Experience or service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, the Roblox Terms of Use, and Lucky 7's Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of all Lucky 7 products and services.

Use of any Lucky 7 Experience constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.

2. Roblox Platform Dependency

All Lucky 7 games and experiences are published exclusively on the Roblox platform. Roblox infrastructure governs and is solely responsible for:

• User account creation, authentication, and management
• Payment processing and Robux transactions
• Chat filtering and baseline content moderation
• Age verification and parental control systems
• Platform-level moderation and enforcement

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. is not responsible or liable for any Roblox platform outages, service interruptions, moderation actions taken by Roblox, payment failures or disputes processed through Roblox, account suspensions or bans issued by Roblox, or any changes to Roblox's platform, policies, or systems that affect Lucky 7 Experiences.

By using Lucky 7 Experiences, you agree to comply with the Roblox Terms of Use in addition to these Terms. In the event of conflict, Roblox's platform-level rules take precedence with respect to platform conduct, but Lucky 7's rules govern all in-game and community conduct within Lucky 7's jurisdiction.

3. Eligibility & Age Policy

Lucky 7 Experiences are designed and intended for all ages, in compliance with Roblox's platform rating systems and community standards. By using any Lucky 7 Experience, you represent that:

• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms in your jurisdiction, or
• If you are a minor, you have obtained verifiable parental or guardian consent to use these services

Parents and legal guardians are solely responsible for monitoring and supervising the use of Lucky 7 Experiences by minors in their care. Lucky 7 relies on Roblox's age verification and parental control systems as the primary mechanism for age-appropriate access.

4. Purchases, Robux & Monetization

All Purchases Are Final. All Robux transactions made within Lucky 7 Experiences (including but not limited to gamepasses, developer products, premium currency, subscriptions, VIP memberships, cosmetics, consumables, timed boosts, and paid features) are final and non-refundable, except where:

• A refund is required by applicable law in your jurisdiction
• A refund is required pursuant to Roblox's refund policies
• Lucky 7 explicitly grants a refund at its sole discretion

No Real-World Value. All virtual items, currencies, and in-game assets available in Lucky 7 Experiences have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for real-world money, goods, or services. Ownership of any virtual item constitutes a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use that item within the applicable Lucky 7 Experience only.

Company Rights Over Virtual Items. Lucky 7 reserves the absolute right, at any time and without notice or compensation, to rebalance, modify, rename, remove, or discontinue any virtual item, currency, feature, or in-game system. Lucky 7 shall not be liable for any loss of value (real or perceived) resulting from such changes.

6. User Generated Content

Lucky 7 Experiences may permit users to create or submit content including clan names, mafia names, organization names, group descriptions, text entries, roleplay text, and in-game messages ("User Content").

Roblox Filtering. All User Content is subject to Roblox's chat filtering systems as the primary moderation layer. Lucky 7 operates additional moderation authority on top of Roblox's baseline systems.

Company Authority. Lucky 7 reserves the absolute right to remove, edit, censor, or rename any User Content at any time and for any reason, including without notice. Lucky 7 may also take enforcement action against users who submit prohibited content.

The following content is strictly prohibited in all Lucky 7 Experiences and platforms:

• Hate speech, slurs, or content targeting individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation of any user
• Sexual, explicit, or adult content of any kind
• Content promoting or facilitating illegal activity
• Impersonation of other users, staff, or public figures
• Extremist, terrorist, or radicalization content
• Spam, flooding, or repetitive disruptive content
• Malicious links or phishing attempts
• Attempts to evade or bypass moderation systems

7. Moderation Authority

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. and its designated staff retain broad and absolute discretion to moderate all Lucky 7 Experiences and affiliated platforms. Moderation actions may include, but are not limited to:

• Muting or restricting chat privileges
• Kicking users from active game sessions
• Restricting access to specific features or experiences
• Temporarily or permanently suspending accounts
• Wiping in-game progression, statistics, or achievements
• Removing virtual items, currency, or earned rewards
• Resetting account data
• Issuing permanent bans across all Lucky 7 platforms

Moderation actions may be carried out with or without prior notice, automatically through detection systems, or manually by Lucky 7 staff. All moderation decisions are made at Lucky 7's sole discretion. Lucky 7 staff and their decisions are protected from legal liability to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

8. Punishment & Ban Policy

Lucky 7 operates a tiered enforcement system. However, punishments are inherently discretionary and are not required to follow any progression. Lucky 7 staff may skip any step in the enforcement ladder and issue an immediate permanent ban for any violation deemed sufficiently severe.

Lucky 7 explicitly reserves the right to permanently ban any user at any time, for any reason, at its sole discretion. Users have no right to continued access to Lucky 7 Experiences.

9. Anti-Cheat & Exploit Policy

The use of any third-party tool, software, script, or method to gain an unfair advantage, modify game behavior, or circumvent Lucky 7 systems is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Exploit executors or injection tools
• Lua script injection or memory editing
• Macros, automation tools, or AFK farming scripts
• Third-party cheat software of any kind
• Filter or detection bypass attempts
• Reverse engineering of Lucky 7 game code or systems
• Duplication exploits or economy manipulation
• Any modification of game client behavior not authorized by Lucky 7

Lucky 7 may employ automated anti-cheat systems, behavior tracking, server-side logging, transaction monitoring, and other detection mechanisms to identify violations. Detection by automated systems may result in immediate enforcement action.

False positives from automated systems may be reviewed through the appeals process but are not guaranteed to be reversed. Lucky 7 assumes no liability for enforcement actions taken based on automated detection.

10. Appeals Policy

Users who believe a moderation action was applied in error may submit an appeal through Lucky 7's official Discord server or official website. Appeals are subject to the following conditions:

• Submitting an appeal is optional and does not guarantee review
• All appeals are reviewed at staff discretion
• Appeals may be denied without explanation
• Lucky 7 is not obligated to reverse any moderation decision
• Appeal outcomes are final

Abuse of Appeals. Submitting false appeals, spamming the appeals process, or harassing Lucky 7 staff in connection with an appeal may result in the permanent denial of appeal privileges and/or additional enforcement action.

11. Privacy & Data Collection

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. does not collect personal information beyond what is handled by Roblox's platform systems, unless you voluntarily submit information through Lucky 7's website, Discord server, support forms, or moderation ticketing systems.

Roblox handles: account data, payment processing, platform identity, and all data associated with in-game behavior within Roblox's systems. Please refer to Roblox's Privacy Policy for details.

Lucky 7 may collect or retain: Roblox usernames submitted through support channels, email addresses voluntarily provided, moderation history and enforcement records, support ticket content, and communication logs relevant to moderation or legal matters.

Lucky 7 is committed to compliance with applicable privacy law including COPPA, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 beyond what is permitted under COPPA and Roblox's platform systems. 12. Community & Conduct Rules

All users are expected to conduct themselves with respect across all Lucky 7 Experiences and affiliated platforms. The following behaviors are prohibited and may result in enforcement action:

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse of any user
• Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
• Hate speech or use of slurs in any context
• Sexual misconduct, explicit content, or inappropriate roleplay
• Evading or circumventing moderation actions
• Trolling, griefing, or malicious disruption of gameplay
• Scamming, deceiving, or defrauding other users
• Impersonating Lucky 7 staff, developers, or other users
• Sharing personal information of other users without consent

13. Staff Impersonation

Impersonating any Lucky 7 Entertainment developer, moderator, administrator, or staff member in any Lucky 7 Experience, on the Lucky 7 Discord, on the Lucky 7 website, or on any external platform is a severe violation of these Terms and may result in an immediate permanent ban across all Lucky 7 platforms without warning or appeal.

This includes but is not limited to: using names, usernames, or profile elements designed to mislead others into believing you are Lucky 7 staff; falsely claiming staff authority or permissions; and falsely representing Lucky 7's positions, decisions, or communications.

14. Content Creators & Streaming

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. grants users a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to record, stream, and upload gameplay footage from Lucky 7 Experiences for personal, non-commercial, or content creation purposes, subject to these Terms.

Lucky 7 retains full intellectual property ownership over all game content depicted in such recordings. Lucky 7 reserves the right to request the removal of content that: includes leaked or unreleased game material, misrepresents Lucky 7 or its products, is used for malicious, defamatory, or harmful purposes, or otherwise violates these Terms or applicable law.

Content creators are responsible for complying with all applicable platform rules (YouTube, Twitch, etc.) and applicable law regarding the content they produce.

15. Intellectual Property

All content created by Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. is the exclusive intellectual property of Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. This includes, without limitation: the Lucky 7 brand name and logo, all game titles and associated branding, game maps, environments, and level design, UI elements and visual design, original audio and sound design, game code and systems, all original characters, assets, and artwork.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in Lucky 7's intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Lucky 7 content without express written permission.

Certain content within Lucky 7 Experiences may be subject to third-party licenses (including Roblox platform assets and licensed IP). Lucky 7 makes no claim of ownership over such third-party content. Any content derived from third-party IP (including Deltarune/Undertale) is used under applicable fan content policies and Lucky 7 makes no claim of ownership over that underlying IP.

16. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LUCKY 7 ENTERTAINMENT LLC., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF ANY LUCKY 7 EXPERIENCE OR SERVICE.

Lucky 7 is not liable for: Roblox platform outages or service interruptions, bugs, glitches, or technical errors within any experience, lost in-game progress, items, or currency for any reason, moderation outcomes or enforcement actions, changes to game systems or virtual item values, server downtime or accidental data resets, actions of third parties, or any other loss whether foreseeable or not.

All Lucky 7 Experiences and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Lucky 7 makes no guarantee of uptime, continued availability, or fitness for any particular purpose.

17. Account Termination

Lucky 7 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to any or all Lucky 7 Experiences, platforms, and services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, security or safety concerns, legal obligations or regulatory requirements, platform risk or reputational harm.

Upon termination, any licenses granted to you under these Terms are immediately revoked. Lucky 7 may also discontinue any game or service at any time without notice or compensation. You have no right to continued access or to the preservation of any in-game progress, items, or currency upon termination.

18. Changes to Terms

Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Lucky 7 website. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of material changes.

Your continued use of any Lucky 7 Experience or service following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must cease use of all Lucky 7 services.

19. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Lucky 7 services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), conducted in Boston, Massachusetts.

Class Action Waiver. YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC.
