Why we publish these
We publish a notice when a matter affects our players, our team or our projects and we have been unable to resolve it privately. Publishing puts our position on the record in full, in our own words, where it can be checked against the documents rather than summarised second hand.
Every notice links the underlying paperwork wherever we are able to release it. Where a file is redacted, the notice says what was removed and why.
