Cortex-7
AI-powered first-response support for every Lucky 7 player. Instant answers on common questions, automatic triage on everything else, and a clean handoff to human staff when the situation calls for it.
Read. Route. Resolve.
Every support message goes through the same pipeline: Cortex-7 understands the issue, routes it correctly, and either answers it immediately or escalates it with full context attached.
Understand
Cortex-7 reads the player's message, identifies the issue type, and matches it against its knowledge base before any human reviews the ticket.
Route
Resolved questions are answered immediately. Unresolved issues are triaged, tagged, and queued for the right support team instead of a generic inbox.
Resolve
Most common questions are handled end-to-end without human intervention. When escalation is needed, the human agent receives the full conversation context.
What Cortex-7 handles.
From the first message to final resolution, Cortex-7 manages the full support lifecycle. Players get faster answers; human staff spend their time on issues that actually need them.
Instant first-response
ResponseEvery support message receives an immediate acknowledgment and an initial answer attempt. Players are never left waiting with no response while a ticket ages in a queue.
Game-specific knowledge base
ResponseCortex-7 maintains separate knowledge bases for Deltarune Tower Defense and Zombie Cells. Questions about unit stats, progression, codes, and game mechanics are answered from the right source.
Ticket classification
TriageIncoming issues are classified by type: gameplay question, bug report, billing inquiry, moderation appeal, or account issue. Each category routes to the appropriate team.
Priority flagging
TriageTickets that mention payment issues, account compromise, or active harassment are flagged as high-priority and surfaced to the human support queue immediately.
Spectra-7 status lookups
IntegrationFor moderation-related inquiries, Cortex-7 can surface ban status, the active violation category, and the appeal path. It does not reveal the underlying detection data.
Human escalation handoff
IntegrationWhen Cortex-7 cannot resolve an issue, it escalates to a human agent with the full conversation transcript, classified issue type, and relevant account context already attached.
Part of the same stack.
Cortex-7 connects directly to Spectra-7 for moderation-related inquiries. When a player asks about a ban or appeal status, Cortex-7 pulls the current action state from Spectra-7 and surfaces the correct next step: waiting, filing an appeal, or contacting support.
Human escalations pass the full Cortex-7 conversation transcript to the support agent. The agent sees what the player already tried, what Cortex-7 answered, and how the issue was classified with no repeated questions, no starting from scratch.
Common questions.
What Cortex-7 can and cannot do, how escalation works, and what to expect after a support message.
Is Cortex-7 a chatbot?
It's a support routing and first-response layer. It uses the player's message to match against a knowledge base and classify the issue. For simple questions it answers directly. For anything requiring human judgment it escalates.
Can Cortex-7 resolve billing or payment issues?
No. All billing and payment inquiries are escalated to human staff immediately. Cortex-7 will acknowledge the message and flag it as high-priority, but will not attempt to resolve it.
Does Cortex-7 have access to my account data?
Cortex-7 can surface whether a moderation action exists on an account, but it doesn't expose the underlying detection logs, personal data, or payment history. Sensitive lookups require human review.
How quickly does escalation to a human happen?
Escalated tickets are placed in the human queue immediately and typically reviewed within 24–72 hours. Priority-flagged tickets (billing, account compromise, active harassment) are reviewed faster.
Does Cortex-7 cover all Lucky 7 games?
Yes. Cortex-7 handles support for all active Lucky 7 titles. Each game has its own knowledge base, so game-specific questions route to the right context automatically.
What if Cortex-7's answer is wrong?
If the answer does not resolve the issue, the player can reply or mark it unresolved, which immediately escalates the ticket to human review with the full prior conversation attached.
Need help right now?
