Culture & Process

How We Work.

Small team. High standards. No filler work. Here's what that means in practice, for the team, for the output, and for the culture we're building.

01

Small team, big output.

Every person carries real weight. There are no buffer hires, no "just in case" roles, and no passengers. If you join, your work ships directly into the games, the community, and the platform.

02

Async by default.

We're distributed across time zones and work when we're most effective. There are no mandatory stand-ups, no pointless check-ins. Communication is deliberate, written, and permanent.

03

Direct, not bureaucratic.

If something's wrong, you say it. If you have a better idea, you pitch it. There's no chain of approval required to start a conversation. Just talk to the right people.

04

High standards over high hours.

We don't glorify crunch. Long hours aren't a badge of honor. Consistent, quality output over time beats occasional all-nighters every time. Build sustainably.

05

Ownership, not hand-offs.

When you own something, you own it start to finish. You're not a cog who throws work over a wall. You see it through, ship it, and stand behind it.

06

Community is the product.

Everything we build is for the players. That relationship isn't a marketing strategy. It shapes every decision from game design to how we respond to a Discord message at midnight.
