NetherlandsPaid Random Items

These regions have laws or regulations restricting paid random items for players. If your region or account is flagged, Robux products that result in random outcomes (summoning units with D$, opening gifts with Souls, Season Presents, etc.) will be unavailable for purchase. Items you already own are unaffected.

Paid Random Items: How It Works

Paid Random Items

DR:TD includes systems where Robux can be spent in ways that lead to random outcomes. Specifically, players can purchase D$ (in-game currency) or Souls with Robux. D$ can be used to summon units from the gacha with no guarantee of which unit is received. Souls can be used at shops to buy Gifts, which give a random item or unit. Seasonal ITEMS such as Season Presents, when opened, may result in a random seasonal unit. DR:TD respects the ArePaidRandomItemsRestricted policy API, which prevents affected players in restricted regions from purchasing the relevant Robux products.

Paid Item Trading

Units, Souls, and ITEMS that players acquire can be traded with other players in the Trading Plaza or the main lobby using the Trading feature. If your country or account is restricted under the PaidItemTrading policy, a globe with a lock icon will appear on restricted items, signifying they cannot be traded and may only be used by you. Items acquired indirectly using Robux-purchased currency (e.g., an item bought with Robux-purchased Souls) will not have the trading lock. DR:TD respects the IsPaidItemTradingAllowed policy API.
