Labs Support Terms.

These Labs Support Terms ("Support Terms") apply to donations made to Lucky 7 Entertainment Labs ("Labs"), the research and development division of Lucky 7 Entertainment LLC. ("Lucky 7," "we," "us"), and to every donation ticket and investment enquiry submitted through the Labs pages.

They are in addition to the Lucky 7 Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Where they conflict on a donation or enquiry, these Support Terms apply.

A donation is a voluntary gift to support Labs. It is not a purchase, a deposit, an investment, a loan or a pre-order. In return for a donation you receive nothing except our thanks.

• Donations do not unlock, and will not be exchanged for, any item, currency, perk, rank or advantage in any Lucky 7 game or on Roblox.
• Donations give no ownership, equity, profit share, voting right, credit, refund right or influence over Lucky 7, Labs or any game.
• Lucky 7 is not a registered charity. Donations are not tax deductible.
• We decide how donations are used within Lucky 7 and Labs.

Donations are made through PayPal at https://paypal.me/Lucky7Entertainment and are also subject to PayPal's own terms. We never receive your card or bank details.

Donations are final. We will refund a donation only where it was clearly made in error, without a parent or guardian's permission by someone under 18, or where the law requires it. Contact us within 30 days with your ticket reference or PayPal transaction ID.

A donation ticket is optional. It tells us who donated so we can match the ticket to the payment and say thank you. Information you add, such as a Discord or Roblox username, is used only for that purpose.

If you opt in to a public thank-you, we may show the name you choose on a Labs supporters list if we publish one. We are not obliged to publish a list, and we may remove a name at any time. You can withdraw from public credit by emailing us.

An investment enquiry is an expression of interest only. Submitting one does not create any agreement, obligation, priority or expectation for you or for us. In particular:

• No return, profit, credit, currency or cash-out right is promised or implied.
• No influence over Lucky 7, Labs or any game is promised or implied.
• We may decline or not respond to any enquiry, for any reason.
• Any arrangement exists only once a written agreement is signed by both sides, on the terms in that agreement, and only where it complies with applicable law.
• Do not send investment money through PayPal, the donation page or any other channel before a signed written agreement exists. Money sent without one is treated as a donation under section 2 or returned, at our discretion.

Investment enquiries are accepted only from adults (18 or older). For larger amounts, submit a ticket and also email snowzbunz@lucky7entertainment.com and luci@lucky7entertainment.com.

If you are under 18, you may donate or submit a donation ticket only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You may not submit an investment enquiry.

Tickets are stored securely and are seen only by authorized Lucky 7 staff. We use the information to process and respond to your ticket, keep records and meet legal obligations, as set out in our Privacy Policy. You can ask for a copy or deletion of your data through the data request page.

We may update these Support Terms. Each ticket records the version accepted when it was submitted, and changes do not apply retroactively to a donation already made.

These Support Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Please raise any concern with us first; we will try to resolve it informally before anything else.
